Customer Loyalty Consultants was founded by Karla Hunt and Andrew Hunt. Their original objective was to provide consulting services on customer loyalty programmes to diverse market segments. Karla strongly believes, as the CEO, in a ‘hands-on’ approach and surrounds herself with a competent yet diverse team. This enabled CLC to understand customer touch points, offer appropriate solutions and ultimately provide exceptional service which is the passion that drives us still today.
Because of our ‘hands-on’ approach, we established our own in-house 24 hour contact centre to manage our assistance products and services and to ensure our clients are always happy with the service that they receive.
In 2014, we launched our claims management centre within CLC. Our claims systems with their built in workflow processes ensures the claims management is highly efficient, interactive and above industry standards. Our secret to success in this area are our systems, experienced staff and extensive knowledge in the claims field. The results speaks for themselves in our way above average recovery ratios for legal recovery and liability claims which we process on behalf of many Brokers, Administrators, UMAs, Insurers and Corporate clients.
Through continuous engagement and consulting with our clients, we identified the need to offer Value Added Products. It was a natural fit for our business, as we have the operational capability and infrastructure to support this product range. This enables our clients to provide a holistic solution through one service provider reducing administrative and legislative requirements. Our aim is to make our clients lives’ easier, simpler and faster. We are your one stop VAPS shop.
This year, we see the relaunch of the CLC brand and website as well as welcoming CLC to various social media platforms. Our core values have not changed, however, we are looking forward to continue providing exceptional service as well as new, innovative products and solutions to our clients.
